Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with the receipt or packing slip and all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwanted items in their original shoe box or packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or ALDO store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
